Mysore-style class divided into two shifts to support more 1:1 time and expert assists from Janet and co-teachers Lesley and Annie. Familiarity with the Ashtanga yoga sequence recommended. Shift #1: 7:30-8:45am and shift #2: 9:00-10:45am.  We will notify you of your session once registrations complete.
