Mysore-style class divided into two shifts to support more 1:1 time and expert assists from Janet and co-teachers Lesley and Annie. Familiarity with the Ashtanga yoga sequence recommended. Shift #1 is 8:00- 9:45am, shift # 2 from 10:00-11:45am. We will notify of which session you are in once registration complete.
